Our Story

Owners Catherine Jones and Kenny Bishop welcome you to Cowboy Cocina, opened in 2001. The restaurant has got a wild west theme to it, lots of cowboy pics and info on the walls. We even have saddles at the bar. The style of food is southern style barbecue. All the ribs and chicken are cooked in our bbq smoke pit. The steaks are never frozen! Burgers are cooked on our flame grill to your liking. We make our own bbq salsas,the favourites being memphis and kansas city styles. We also make a mean texas long horn chilli slow cooked for 8 hours, mild or wild.

 

The style of music we play is new and old country and we also show spagetti westerns on our broken down black and white tv. Our place is fun and the food is great so why not kick off your spurs and mosey on down. Look forward to seeing you,
