Owners Catherine Jones and Kenny Bishop welcome you to Cowboy Cocina, opened in 2001. The restaurant has got a wild west theme to it, lots of cowboy pics and info on the walls. We even have saddles at the bar. The style of food is southern style barbecue. All the ribs and chicken are cooked in our bbq smoke pit. The steaks are never frozen!
